The entry price does not tell the whole story
On paper the entry prices are close together: Trainin Starter costs €39 a month, REQUR €39.99. The difference is in what you get for it: at Trainin the POS and the reports are in Pro (€69) and multiple locations in Premium (from €219). At REQUR, €39.99 is the full package.
On top of that, at Trainin your price moves with your team and your locations: Pro includes two staff members and charges €5 a month for each extra one, and a second location takes you to Premium. At REQUR nothing changes: unlimited members and unlimited locations are in the same €39.99.
Work it out for your own situation with a three-year horizon, not today's situation. If your plan is to grow, that is the difference that counts.
Transaction fees: €0.50 versus €0.20
On top of the subscription both charge per transaction, and that is where the gap is widest. At the time of writing Trainin charges €0.50 per iDEAL and SEPA transaction. At REQUR that is €0.20, and card payments at the front desk cost €0.07.
That sounds small, but it compounds every month. With 200 members paying their fee by direct debit, €0.50 comes to about €100 a month in transaction fees and €0.20 to about €40. That difference alone is more than the complete REQUR subscription of €39.99.

Trainin offers 14 days of free trial without a credit card. REQUR gives you 30 days.
That sounds like a detail, but with this kind of software it is not. In two weeks you see at most one direct debit run and one week of scheduling. In a month you go through a full invoicing cycle, including the failed debits and renewals that follow. That is exactly where you notice whether a system suits you.
Training plans versus a complete administration
Trainin is strong on training plans and progress: as a coach you assign workouts and programmes that your clients follow in the app, with graphs of their progress. For personal trainers focused on coaching, that is valuable.
REQUR emphasises the business side: direct debits and invoicing that run by themselves, a POS at the front desk, scheduling with waitlists and reports on revenue, attendance and retention. If you mainly run group classes and memberships, that is the focus you need.
