Terms and conditions
The terms that apply to the use of REQUR. This English translation is provided for convenience; the Dutch version is the binding one.

1. Definitions
REQUR is REQUR B.V. Customer is the business that enters into an agreement with REQUR. Service is the REQUR platform and the accompanying app and services.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer, every trial period and every agreement between REQUR and the Customer. Deviations only apply if agreed in writing.
3. The service
REQUR provides an online platform for member administration, scheduling, payments and communication. We make every effort to deliver the Service carefully and with good availability, but offer no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
4. Trial period
The Customer may try REQUR free of charge and without obligation for 30 days. A trial period does not automatically turn into a paid subscription, unless this was explicitly stated at sign-up.
5. Prices and payment
The subscription costs €39.99 per month per location, excluding any transaction fees for payments. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is made through the payment methods offered.
6. Term and cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. There are no notice periods of several months and no penalties.
7. Obligations of the customer
The Customer uses REQUR in accordance with the law and these terms, and is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for the data of its own members.
8. Liability
REQUR's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. REQUR is not liable for indirect or consequential damage.
9. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service and the accompanying software remain with REQUR. The Customer receives a non-exclusive right of use for the duration of the agreement.
10. Data processing
Our privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data. Where REQUR processes personal data on behalf of the Customer, the parties conclude a data processing agreement.
11. Changes
REQUR may amend these terms. The most recent version can always be found on this page.
12. Applicable law
These terms and all agreements are governed by Dutch law.
