Switching from Excel or other software
From Excel you import your member file yourself: the import checks up front which columns were recognised, which email addresses are duplicates and which IBAN fails. Coming from Virtuagym or SportBit, REQUR reads their exports and templates directly, schedule and class groups included.
You never go live alone: migration and setup are part of the onboarding, imported memberships sit ready but only start collecting after the joint go-live, and you are over within two weeks.
