Logifit alternative: REQUR vs Logifit compared

Logifit is a Dutch system for sports clubs and fitness businesses, from a single room to a chain with several sites. The package comes in three flavours, Basic, Pro and Premium, with member administration, scheduling, automated payments, access control and an app.

Two things decide what you pay at Logifit, and they work independently. Your plan moves with your member count, in brackets from 0 to 100 members up to 2,500 and above, and a number of components are separate items with their own price tag. In this article we set that against the way REQUR is built.

In short

  • Logifit prices in member brackets from 0 to 100 up to 2,500 and above; the amounts themselves are not on the pricing page. REQUR costs €39.99 at any member count.
  • A branded app costs €599 setup plus €50 a month at Logifit. At REQUR it is part of the plan.
  • Cash management sits in the Pro tier at Logifit. At REQUR the POS with card terminal is standard.
  • Logifit publishes no transaction fees. At REQUR that is €0.20 per direct debit and iDEAL, €0.07 per card payment and €0.20 per reversal.

Your member count decides your tier

Logifit sorts customers by size: 0 to 100 members, 100 to 250, 250 to 600, 600 to 1,200, 1,200 to 2,500 and above. Your plan and your price move with that bracket. The amounts themselves are not on the pricing page; there you find three tiers with an empty price field and an invitation to book a free demo.

For a room that is stable, that works fine. For a room that grows it means your bill grows with your success, and that crossing a threshold suddenly puts you on a different rate. So do not just ask what you pay now, ask what you pay at double the member count.

REQUR has no such bracket. Unlimited members and unlimited locations for €39.99 a month, whether you have 60 members or 2,600.

The branded app is a separate item

This is the clearest difference among the figures Logifit does publish. A white label app, meaning an app with your own name and branding, costs €599 in setup plus €50 a month in maintenance. The Basic tier includes the standard MyLogiFit app; the branded version starts at Pro and carries that separate item on top.

That €50 a month is by itself more than a third of what an entire REQUR subscription costs. At REQUR the app in your branding is part of the €39.99 plan, for iOS and Android, with no setup fee. To be fair about it, work out three years: €599 plus 36 times €50 is €2,399 for the app alone.

What sits in which tier

Basic covers member administration, appointment scheduling, the standard app and automated payments. Pro adds the branded app, plus group class scheduling, 24/7 access for your members, cash management and trial class widgets. Premium puts staff scheduling, wallet check-in, sales and lead tracking and broader API access on top.

That is a tidy structure, but it does mean a studio running group classes and a front desk till quickly lands on Pro. At REQUR there is no structure to climb: group classes, waitlists, the POS with card terminal, reporting and the app all sit in the same plan.

What a payment costs

Logifit handles automated payments, but publishes no rate per transaction or per reversal. That is the item that tracks your member count, so with a system that thinks in member brackets you especially want it pinned down.

At REQUR the amounts are on the pricing page: €0.20 per SEPA direct debit, €0.20 per iDEAL payment, €0.07 per card transaction and €0.20 per reversal. Ask Logifit about all four, and about the other separate items, such as the €80 for lead tracking training or setting up standard workouts from €35.
